The Department of Information Technology was established in the year 2022. The department provides excellent atmosphere for the students to learn and acquire the necessary skills demanded by the industry.
The course is designed to nourish students with a broad education in the field of IT and train them with the skills and knowledge necessary to outshine in a rapidly progressing industry.. In today’s scenario, life is unimaginable without information technology and our faculty makes determined efforts to guarantee that we contribute the best engineers to mark their names in the IT industry.
‘MERAKI’ , Association of ITians is meant for the intellectual growth and development of our students. It conducts seminars ,workshops, technical and nontechnical events etc for making our students upgraded . Societal empowerment programmes like Women’s Day celebrations, Orphanage visits and celebrations including Onam , Pongal and Christmas etc are also conducted by the Association.
There is a good demand for the IT professionals in the industry as Programmer, Network Administrator, System Analyst, Database Administrator, Software Application Developer, Full Stack Developer, Data Scientist, Cloud Engineer, Mobile App Developer, Web Developer etc.
